Tim and his colleagues run an extremely professional and fun real estate office. Everyone is very friendly and competent. A broker who is worth every penny and also really takes steps for that little bit extra. Also, colleague Rico must not be forgotten. We are pleased with his guidance.

Contact with the real estate agent went smoothly and well. The paperwork was well prepared and quickly in order. We drafted the sales text together, which was a pleasant process. We received some tips for making the house more saleable. The recommendation to have a structural report made was also good advice. As far as asking price is concerned, we were on the same wavelength as the real estate agent. The sale ultimately went very smoothly, but of course the current market also provides an incentive for that. The rest of the process proceeded correctly and pleasantly. We definitely recommend TIm Vastgoed.
