Tim Schaap is a very skilled and honest real estate agent who is also an architect. We had pleasant conversations. Rico Meertens conducted the viewings and sale. He too is a very capable man who deals well and moreover easily with people. Both are good negotiators, hence good sales agents. They maintained good contact and kept track of our wishes.

The first conversation we had was with Tim Schaap. It was a very pleasant conversation. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and accurately valued our home. Rico Meertens eventually guided the sale. He too was knowledgeable and friendly. We sold our home within a week. TIM Real Estate is really recommended for personal and involved guidance during the sale of your home.
