TIM Real Estate has guided the sale of my house well. There are friendly employees who help you and communicate openly. Moreover, there is no shortage of knowledge and experience. Room for improvement: despite the many viewings, more could have been achieved by setting deadlines for potential buyers' offers.

Unfortunately, during the bidding process, you did not want to set a concrete moving date yet; candidates with attractive offers were then unfortunately withdrawn from the race. We found new candidates quickly after that, however. It is not our sales style to put pressure on them but rather to make them enthusiastic and in this way your property was successfully sold within 2 months!
