Tim Schaap heeft de intake gedaan voor ons aankooptraject. Dit ging op een hele prettige wijze. Duidelijke uitleg en betrouwbaar tot achter de komma. Vanwege vakantie pakte Rico Meertens het aankooptraject voor onze nieuwe woning over. We zijn daar heel blij mee geweest, omdat Rico op een hele fijne wijze ons bij stond met advies, wist hoe hij het contact met de verkoopmakelaar moest onderhouden en tijdens de bezichtiging ook echt van toegevoegde waarde bleek in het inspecteren van de woning. Het goede nieuws was vervolgens dat we onze droomwoning kregen! Daarna besloten we ook het verkooptraject via Tim Vastgoed te laten verlopen. Ook daar heeft Rico ons bij geholpen. Wederom op een hele fijne wijze, waarbij hij (en Tim) ons goede tips gaven voor het voorbereiden op de bezichtigingen én deze zelf ook goed heeft begeleid. Met een prachtig bod op onze oude woning tot gevolg. Wij zijn heel tevreden met Tim Vastgoed en adviseren zowel de inzet in een aankooptraject als een verkooptraject.

Contact with the real estate agent and the office was excellent. Rico was always very reachable and emails were quickly answered. The sale went smoothly and was well planned. It is, of course, a good market to sell in, which makes everything somewhat easier. Not to mention, the real estate agent did his job well and found an amazing buyer at a great price.

We hadden eerder met Tim te maken bij de aankoop van ons huis. Hij was de verkopende makelaar. Verliep toen prettig. Gezien zijn ervaring in onze wijk hebben we hem voor de verkoop ook weer in de arm genomen. Is goed bevallen en het verkooptraject is professioneel aangepakt. De uiteindelijke verkoopprijs was ook boven verwachting.
