Doet een bezoek voor bedrijfsontoerend goed. Weinig enthousiaste meneer maar hij zou met een voorstel komen. Laat vervolgens niks meer van zich horen, belt steeds niet terug, zegt potentiële koper dat 'ie van niks weet en laat na maanden weten geen zin in de klus te hebben. Stuurt wel een rekening, maar waarvoor? Hoe heb je het lef? Een bos bloemen en excuses waren beter op hun plek geweest. Gelukkig een betere makelaar gevonden die wel afspraken nakomt maar door Boelens Jorritsma wel maanden achterop. Kortom: afrader.
