Birgit and Maurice guided the sale of our home. We appreciated their practical, no-nonsense approach, which led to a short and successful sales process. This included viewing days both during the week and on weekends; due to overwhelming interest, they even organized an additional viewing day directly. They always work as a couple during viewings (which is good for individual attention and questions), and the bidding procedure was very clear and transparent (nice and fair for everyone involved: buyers, sellers, and purchasing agents). For their guidance, a fixed fee was charged, independent of the final transaction price, making it clear and transparent. At the same time, they also had an attentive ear, allowing our wishes and knowledge about the house to be well-utilized in the sales process.
