We have two experiences with Maurice and Birgit, both in their capacity as sales agents, as well as purchase agents. Their descriptions of the house to be purchased, and our house to be sold, were characterized by 1. first of all, characterization of the street, the quality of the location in terms of accessibility to relaxation in the city or nature, sports, transport (think of by bike or train). 2. description of the relevant house. Both the cultural and historical background, the architectural qualities and the practical possibilities receive attention. Their approach in this shows their extensive experience and expertise. All of this is formulated creatively with appealing accents in an inviting style. The fact that they are a pair enriches it, they both lay their own accents, which indeed delivers more of an agent.
