The brochure from Maurice Beckers states: 'With Maurice you don't need a real estate agent.' That's an intriguing thought; we accepted the challenge with him. After making the necessary preparations, Maurice came with four potential buyers from his own network and within 1 week the sale was finalized! Even before our house appeared on funda. Throughout the process, we were impressed by his clear explanations, approach, enthusiasm, and knowledge. Indeed, he acts more as a mediator, connector, and problem solver, all for an extremely pleasant price. Maurice gives the traditional concept of a real estate agent a thoroughly contemporary twist.
