After living in my house for 35 years, it was a big and exciting step for me to put it up for sale. Thanks to Birgit and Maurice, however, this entire process has gone much smoother and more pleasant than I had ever dared to hope. Their personal guidance, clear communication, and excellent availability gave me confidence from the very first moment. I have found their advice to be extremely valuable. They thought along with me on all fronts and knew exactly what was needed to present my home in the best possible way. The Funda advertisement text, together with the beautifully chosen photos and video, was really that extra something that made my house stand out as a real eye-catcher. I also found it very important that during the viewings there would be enough time and attention so that the viewers could not only look around the house properly and ask questions, but also get a feel for the atmosphere of the house and its surroundings.
