For the second time at sea with Maurice and Birgit for the sale of my apartment, this time with a difficult buyer. Maurice and Birgit kept their heads cool and guided both me and the buyer to an agreement. Top is once again the availability via e.g., WhatsApp and the possibility of making beautiful films. I even learned how I should make my bed for photos and viewings ;-)

Initially dealing with Maurice and Birgit as a (potential) buyer and choosing to involve them as real estate agents due to that experience. Their personal approach and flexibility are truly distinctive, just like the way they presented my house. They managed to highlight the weaker points of the house in such a manner that you, as an interested party, want to look even further. Not hiding the negatives but naming and describing them well only made the presentation stronger.

Very satisfied with 'Met Maurice' and certainly not to forget Birgit! Four years after the passing of our father, we four children decided to sell our birth home. A beautiful place in the forest. The distance and the hassle with maintenance and rental made us take this decision. We asked Met Maurice if they would like to come look at it and advise us. Despite the distance between Nijmegen and Heeswijk, Maurice and Birgit were willing to go to the house in the woods that same week. Their advice was clear and professional. They advised us not to renovate the house first under the motto 'what you see is what you get'. We had the confidence to leave the entire sales process to them. With a creative, attractive yet honest description, many interested parties were attracted immediately. They planned an entire weekend of viewings, with the possibility of a second viewing on Wednesday possibly with a contractor. Offers could be made until Friday and on that Friday the house was sold! The nice thing is that they think along with both the seller and buyer with tips for possible renovations (they have already renovated several houses themselves), building an entirely new home etcetera. It wasn't always easy for them to coordinate with four people, but everything went perfectly for us in this somewhat emotional process of saying goodbye to our birthplace. With Maurice, a real recommendation then!

Maurice was very accessible and responded quickly, even outside of office hours. Especially during the initial meeting, we felt listened to which was very pleasant. The subsequent contact was mostly via text messages and was rather brief. In my opinion, there could have been more telephone conversations with a bit more depth. This is probably something to pay attention to. Overall, I found Maurice more than satisfactory and I definitely recommend this real estate agent.
