Selling a house is not something you do (fortunately) every year, and therefore it was very nice to be guided through this process by Maurice and Birgit. You immediately notice that both of them know what they are doing. The contact was very pleasant, the communication and availability were smooth, as well as explanations for any questions. The entire process went smoothly, which cost us little stress and effort. Should there ever be a next time, we would definitely call on Maurice and Birgit again!

Through a tip from others, we got in touch with 'With Maurice'. A short message was enough for us to talk to each other on the same day. It appealed to us that we could discuss our wishes with both Maurice and Birgit. Not unimportant was that they asked a fixed amount for commission. Everything went very smoothly: making the beautiful photos of our apartment, approaching their potential buyers, from whom ultimately 4 serious viewers came. On Friday afternoon, the interested parties were received and shown around. Already on Sunday afternoon an offer was made, followed by two more on Monday. Our choice based on price and delivery date was professionally guided. The now signed purchase agreement is not a standard NVM contract but tailored to our situation. In short, this is a very professional party!
