Maurice and Birgit, a really nice couple to work with! No idle talk or complicated price agreements, just clear, honest, and solid. We were able to sell our house in a relaxed manner. We had a certain idea about the sale ourselves, which was respected, and together we came up with a good sales strategy that resulted in a very beautiful outcome. We have seen quite a few real estate agents, but they really have a different approach, a breath of fresh air!

Maurice is really interested and involved, not just in you as the seller but also in your potential buyers. Keywords: enthusiastic, reliable, responds quickly and appropriately, does viewings on weekends, extremely fast sale, a great result, all for a reasonable (fixed!) fee. Maurice and his Birgit approach the entire process in a special, idiosyncratic way, which was a real breath of fresh air for us.
