Maurice and Birgit, a really nice couple to work with! No idle talk or complicated price agreements, just clear, honest, and solid. We were able to sell our house in a relaxed manner. We had a certain idea about the sale ourselves, which was respected, and together we came up with a good sales strategy that resulted in a very beautiful outcome. We have seen quite a few real estate agents, but they really have a different approach, a breath of fresh air!

Through oral advertisement, I got in touch with "With Maurice". Let me call them, I thought. Maurice called back immediately and two days later Birgit and Maurice came to visit. Super fun, clear and concrete, I am very satisfied with the result of selling my house; the viewers reacted very positively to the tours given by Birgit and Maurice. We 'discovered' Maurice through his fun descriptions on Funda. After getting to know him, it became clear that he is not only a poet but also extremely skilled in his profession. Maurice dedicated himself 100%, both for us as sellers and for the potential buyers. He gave us good tips and sent an excellent photographer our way. He scheduled viewings at lightning speed during weekends (which was really ideal!). Together with his wife Birgit, he made the buyers feel comfortable (as we later heard). I recommend to everyone who is buying or selling a house: buy or sell your home with Maurice!!

Maurice does things just a bit differently from other real estate agents. He is transparent about what he does and asks for, and is (almost) always reachable, even outside of office hours. He also scheduled all the viewings on one day during the weekend. This resulted in a quick sale with an excellent outcome. His personal approach is very pleasant, as if he's only working on your house. Highly recommended!
