I initially wanted to sell my home myself, but I asked Maurice because I wanted to know what he could mean for me. Maurice had just sold a house across from mine. After a conversation, I quickly changed my mind. Maurice and his partner Birgit came across as trustworthy. They were not in formal suits but rather casual attire. He wrote a good story on Funda that was not standard. There were three viewing days, and an offer was made above the asking price for my home. I am very satisfied with the cooperation and communication from Maurice.

De hele ervaring met Maurice was een plezier! Maurice en Birgit zijn heel professioneel, vriendelijk, en effectief. Ik heb voor hun als verkoop makelaars gekozen omdat ik als koper heel erg onder de indruk was van hoe leuk zij de bezichtigingen hebben georganiseerd. Zij hebben heel snel en effectief de woning op de markt gezet, goede foto’s, en een leuke tekst erbij geschreven. Het hele proces was soepel en overzichtelijk, en de kosten zijn heel transparant. Ik kan hun alleen maar aanraden!

We 'discovered' Maurice through his fun descriptions on Funda. After getting to know him, it became clear that he is not only a poet but also extremely skilled in his profession. Maurice dedicated himself 100%, both for us as sellers and for the potential buyers. He gave us good tips and sent an excellent photographer our way. He scheduled viewings at lightning speed during weekends (which was really ideal!). Together with his wife Birgit, he made the buyers feel comfortable (as we later heard). I recommend to everyone who is buying or selling a house: buy or sell your home with Maurice!!

Maurice does things just a bit differently from other real estate agents. He is transparent about what he does and asks for, and is (almost) always reachable, even outside of office hours. He also scheduled all the viewings on one day during the weekend. This resulted in a quick sale with an excellent outcome. His personal approach is very pleasant, as if he's only working on your house. Highly recommended!
