Already at our first meeting, it was clear to us that we could leave the sale of our apartment in the hands of Maurice and Birgit. It is evident that Maurice has a lot of knowledge and he and Birgit work with genuine passion. Their style feels modern and personal, taking everything into account. What we found particularly nice is that we could reach Maurice almost anytime during weekends, including scheduling viewings on Sundays. All other matters were also quickly arranged. In short, highly recommended! Not your standard real estate agent or clichéd sales talk. With Maurice, selling your home becomes even more enjoyable!

Actually, I had no intention of selling my house through an estate agent. Because how difficult could it be in the current market with a house in a beloved location? But then my colleague spoke very enthusiastically about someone called 'Met Maurice'. Within five minutes he responded to my email (on a Saturday!), and I decided to go ahead with him. No regrets whatsoever. What makes 'Met Maurice' unique is his fresh, creative approach, flexibility (always reachable!) and the collaboration with his wife Birgit. Together they form a true 'dream team': Maurice is proactive and pragmatic, Birgit warm and humorous. Calmly they guided me through the emotional rollercoaster that selling a house can be.
