He is alert and decisive when necessary, also motivating us to properly handle the formalities and advising on decisions. Maurice makes a good assessment of the current real estate market. He was well reachable and quick in handling matters. Maurice has a good collaboration with partners such as the photographer and together with Birgit he ensured an enthusiastic tour for buyers. Important matters were really taken off our hands, which went excellently.

Actually, I had no intention of selling my house through an estate agent. Because how difficult could it be in the current market with a house in a beloved location? But then my colleague spoke very enthusiastically about someone called 'Met Maurice'. Within five minutes he responded to my email (on a Saturday!), and I decided to go ahead with him. No regrets whatsoever. What makes 'Met Maurice' unique is his fresh, creative approach, flexibility (always reachable!) and the collaboration with his wife Birgit. Together they form a true 'dream team': Maurice is proactive and pragmatic, Birgit warm and humorous. Calmly they guided me through the emotional rollercoaster that selling a house can be. I have great admiration for their work: selling a house turns out to be a real profession in its own right. He also scheduled all the viewings on one day during the weekend. This resulted in a quick sale with an excellent outcome. His personal approach is very pleasant, as if he's only working on your house. Highly recommended!
