Maurice does things just a bit differently from other real estate agents. He is transparent about what he does and asks for, and is (almost) always reachable, even outside of office hours. He also scheduled all the viewings on one day during the weekend. This resulted in a quick sale with an excellent outcome. His personal approach is very pleasant, as if he's only working on your house. Highly recommended!

We 'discovered' Maurice through his fun descriptions on Funda. After getting to know him, it became clear that he is not only a poet but also extremely skilled in his profession. Maurice dedicated himself 100%, both for us as sellers and for the potential buyers. He gave us good tips and sent an excellent photographer our way. He scheduled viewings at lightning speed during weekends (which was really ideal!). Together with his wife Birgit, he made the buyers feel comfortable (as we later heard).
