We 'discovered' Maurice through his fun descriptions on Funda. After getting to know him, it became clear that he is not only a poet but also extremely skilled in his profession. Maurice dedicated himself 100%, both for us as sellers and for the potential buyers. He gave us good tips and sent an excellent photographer our way. He scheduled viewings at lightning speed during weekends (which was really ideal!). Together with his wife Birgit, he made the buyers feel comfortable (as we later heard). I recommend to everyone who is buying or selling a house: buy or sell your home with Maurice!!

Wij hebben een zeer positieve ervaring met Maurice. Maurice is een makelaar die maatwerk levert. Hij onderscheidt zich door zijn enorme kwaliteit om aan te sluiten bij het verhaal van zijn klanten. Hij heeft heel erg met ons meegedacht in wat in onze situatie de beste manier was om ons huis te verkopen. Hij is transparant, laagdrempelig in contact, creatief en doortastend. Maurice heeft ons op een persoonlijke en betrokken manier geholpen met het vinden van ons droomhuis. Denkt buiten de gebaande paden waardoor hij echt een meerwaarde heeft geleverd op het koop- en verkoopproces. Plant afspraken in de weekenden, is via de app heel toegankelijk. Gaat op buurtonderzoek, duikt in archieven. Maurice is zuiver in wat hij doet en weet dit op zo'n manier te vertalen, dat elke stap voor ons helder en duidelijk is gebleven. Zijn enthousiasme in zijn werk brengt hij over waardoor hij voor ons een heel spannend proces om heeft gevormd naar een fantastisch avontuur. Wij raden het echt iedereen aan om met hem in zee te gaan.

He knows how to create the right setting, both digitally and in person. Maurice followed his own strategy (of course after consulting us), which we found ourselves aligning very well with. He put himself in enormous effort, organized viewing days on weekends, and was extremely reachable. Maurice does his work with knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm.

You don't need an agent with Maurice! That's absolutely right! The way Maurice handled the sale was really different from how a traditional real estate agent works. And I know this after having sold several houses myself. It's great that he coordinates in advance how he will proceed and that he immediately provides clear feedback after each viewing (and there were many). He also kept in touch with potential buyers, which I haven't always seen before. He is very reachable, nice and direct, even outside standard office hours, which works quite pleasantly. Definitely recommended if you want to sell your house!
