We have had an extremely positive experience with Rutger! He is friendly, well-informed about the real estate market, strong in communication and very reachable (also during weekends). In addition, his marketing formula to put our house 'on the market' proved to be highly successful: a lightning-fast house tour on TikTok/Instagram resulted in approximately 100,000 views; on Funda, an extended house tour was posted where we received many positive reactions. Rutger presents very naturally, which makes it pleasant to watch. Furthermore, Rutger has a fine team around him, making the entire experience very enjoyable and personal. This real estate agent lives up to their reputation! Living with Rutger is literally living with Rutger; these guys never lose sight of you for a moment. From the first contact until the end, they guide you through everything, they are very involved and considerate. I am extremely forgetful myself, so things can easily be left behind, but Arman helped me get through this well, nothing is too much trouble for these men. It doesn't matter what time it is or what day it is; they are always there and they are also incredibly nice, kind, and funny. I recommend them to everyone, you just want Living with Rutger!! :))
