Rutger is a reliable, honest real estate agent who does not try to sell your house 'quickly quickly,' but clearly sets out a plan! He does not have a 9-to-5 mentality, is flexible, very reachable, thinks along with you and is pleasant to deal with! Highly recommended!

After an intensive process of nearly 1.5 years through the strained housing market, I can only be positive about my collaboration with Rutger from Witte Woning Makelaars! Rutger thinks along without pushing, is always willing to explain something multiple times if necessary, consults and anticipates on behalf of the client. He is calm, honest, and authentic and does not let himself be led by monetary gain. This sets him apart from all other real estate agents. I definitely recommend collaborating with him!

Contact went well. If I had any questions, I could always call, also on weekends. I had offers from eight real estate agents; Rutger was the best because he was honest, took his time, and was not pushy or arrogant
