Contact with the real estate agent and office is easy via WhatsApp. Due to short lines, you almost immediately receive an answer to a question. All staff are friendly and calls are quickly answered. The real estate agent takes ample time for viewings and is also reachable for potential buyers through a secure environment for questions. He answers questions even in the evenings and on weekends, which is really nice. The preparation of the brochure and measuring the spaces could be more efficient. Since several employees were involved, everything did not run as smoothly, here we see room for improvement. Nevertheless, we experienced the entire process as pleasant and relaxed.
