Came voluntarily with the offer of an option because he sensed that we needed it at the time, while the next customer was already at the door. And when we said YES, even though nothing had been signed yet, the assurance that there would be no more obstacles from his side. A word, a word... Because it concerned a - for us unknown - completely wooden house, there were some doubts on our part afterwards. He took plenty of time again for an extra viewing and understood the doubts that had arisen, giving us what felt like honest guidance. No unnecessary dry explanations during signing. In short: very satisfactory.
