Very poor communication and consultation, takes decisions without discussion, provides insufficient explanation about this! Takes a hierarchical stance towards salespeople and promises with much talk for a very quick sale that ultimately cannot be delivered!

"Well, how should I respond to this? Perhaps the best way is to point out that you're dealing with a frustrated customer who is going through a (fight)divorce and doesn't agree on anything or wants to negotiate normally, and keeps removing themselves from the app group and starts with an overpriced offer and then takes it out on the realtor? Fortunately, I expect the other salesperson has experienced our service appropriately. Sometimes you just can't do well in such a situation!"

A nice broker to work with, has a lot of knowledge and responds promptly to our questions. The price/quality ratio could be a bit lower in our opinion. Especially now that the housing market is very hot and there are still few properties for sale. Bidding unfortunately is necessary, especially for first-time buyers. Contact with the real estate agent and office is easy via WhatsApp. Due to short lines, you almost immediately receive an answer to a question. All staff are friendly and calls are quickly answered. The real estate agent takes ample time for viewings and is also reachable for potential buyers through a secure environment for questions. He answers questions even in the evenings and on weekends, which is really nice. The preparation of the brochure and measuring the spaces could be more efficient. Since several employees were involved, everything did not run as smoothly, here we see room for improvement. Nevertheless, we experienced the entire process as pleasant and relaxed.
