I thought it was great that we received a booklet in advance explaining the entire process from the sales point step by step, and everything happened exactly as described in the booklet. As soon as one point was completed, there was contact from Maison to organize the next point. They were very closely involved in the whole process, which gave me a lot of reassurance. We also benefited greatly from having someone come to advise us on how to best present the house.
