I am Roelant van Hemmen and have been working as a real estate agent-appraiser for almost 40 years. I chose this profession back then because I enjoy dealing with real estate, but especially because I like helping and supporting people

when they have to make important decisions such as buying or selling a property. You don't do that every day, and it's nice to have someone by your side who knows how it works.

I am not only involved in the buying and selling of homes, but also in their appraisal. I do this on behalf of individuals and all lenders.

What is very important to me is that my clients can look back on the process with a good feeling once the deal is closed and not think: never again! For that, I commit myself more than 100%.

As a member of the N.V.M., I stay well informed about all relevant laws and regulations. I don't stick to office hours: in fact, I don't even have an office since I just work from home;

that makes the lines short and the communication clear: I say what I do and do what I say because then you know where you stand.
