VvE FRIENDS OF NATURE NORG
The recreational cottage is part of the VvE 'Natuurvrienden Norg'. Upon purchase, you will also become a co-owner of 11 hectares of forest. This area is located in the Langeloer Dunes, which are part of the Norgerduinen nature reserve.
The VvE consists of 87 recreational homes, each with its own character. The plots are all 10 x 15 meters in size. The land has been used recreationally since 1950; the VvE has been active since 2012.
The forest has an open, natural character and artificial enclosures are not allowed. The grounds are accessible via five closable boom barriers. Permanent residence is not permitted, but year-round recreational use is allowed.
ENVIRONMENT
The charming Drentse heath village of Norg is located in the heart of the forests and surrounded by beautiful nature. Thanks to the tourist character of the surroundings, there are many hospitality establishments and cozy terraces to be found.
