Almost all communication took place via WhatsApp. She only called actively during the bidding negotiations. Had to make her own follow-up calls after each viewing to find out how it went. Shows up late and even forgets appointments with us as sellers. According to our opinion, the house was presented worse than it actually was. For the mentioned commission, we would not recommend her.
