Almost all communication took place via WhatsApp. She only called actively during the bidding process. Had to make inquiries herself after each viewing about how it went. Shows up late and even forgets appointments with us as sellers. According to our opinion, the house was presented worse than it actually was. For the mentioned commission, we would not recommend her. Even after the official sale, we hear nothing more from the real estate agent
