We took Mariëlle into our confidence to leverage her personal network and her architectural background. She helped and coached us in finding and purchasing our home in Limburg. Her tips on how to search, and the conversations with her made us aware of what we really wanted. In this way, we were able to find a house that fits us optimally. A house where several major things need to happen, but otherwise has a lot of potential. She conducted the financial negotiations based on the architectural inspection and was able to negotiate a very acceptable price in this market. She had the insight to continue with a house where many would have walked away purely based on appearance. If you need a purchase agent, I would definitely recommend Mariëlle!
