The person comes across as knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Unfortunately, there is a lack of openness/clarity, causing processes to take much too long. Setting high prices without being willing to take risks; deviations are not possible because then accountability would have to be given to the owners. Any potential discussion is avoided, insufficient thought is given to solutions. The real estate agent is good for standard sales (which will happen anyway) but not capable of bringing a non-standard process to a successful conclusion.
