The person comes across as knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Unfortunately, there is a lack of openness/clarity, causing processes to take much too long. Setting high prices without being willing to take risks; deviations are not possible because then accountability would have to be given to the owners. Any potential discussion is avoided, insufficient thought is given to solutions. The real estate agent is good for standard sales (which will happen anyway) but not capable of bringing a non-standard process to a successful conclusion.

I already knew Mariëlle and was aware of how enthusiastic and involved she is; that has become clear again now. I could not have been helped better, and I am now happily living in my new cottage!

We waren via via getipt om met Mariëlle in zee te gaan en hebben daar geen seconde spijt van gekregen. Mariëlle heeft ons vanaf dag 1 zeer prettig en deskundig geholpen bij de verkoop van onze woning! Deze verkoop verliep -buiten onze invloedssfeer- niet geheel vlekkeloos, maar Mariëlle heeft er alles aan gedaan om het alsnog succesvol te laten zijn en dat is dankzij haar gelukt!

There were major problems with the sale of my mother's house. For me, Mariëlle did not handle this well. Due to her enthusiasm, she very often failed to properly listen to my wishes.

After the successful and quick sale of our house through Mariëlle and her colleagues (including a good photographer), we also asked her to be our purchasing agent. We had already found the house, but during negotiations, Mariëlle once again proved her added value. I would definitely recommend Maison Roermond.
