We met this realtor for the first time when viewing our new house. During previous viewings, there was a rush, a quick tour because more people were coming to see it and an offer had to be made by 4:00 PM the next day. With this realtor, everything went relaxed, taking ample time for the walk-through of the house and if we wanted to make an offer, we could do so at a convenient moment for us.
