The real estate agent gave sound advice regarding the asking price in relation to the value of our home. He skillfully guided the sale. Our house was sold within 8 months, which we were very pleased about. The contacts generally went well. However, when an agreement was reached on the price, the agent, due to all the hustle and bustle, forgot to call us for a moment and we were pleasantly surprised with an email containing the preliminary purchase contract. The agent promptly apologized for this. We would recommend this real estate agent...
