We have no doubts about the market knowledge and expertise of Mr. Willemsen. The service provided by the real estate agency was extremely adequate, especially very quick. We received all the guidance we asked for. The decisiveness of the realtor (without losing a certain charm) is remarkable. Regarding the above aspects, we can only rate it as excellent (10). What struck us as particularly special was Mr. Willemsen's personal approach. He listened extremely well in every conversation he had with us and thereby gathered much information that turned out to be very important in the further process of buying and selling a house. He thought along a lot in the coordination of selling our home and purchasing a new one. During the first (intake) meeting, Mr. Willemsen made us very clear about costs, negotiating, procedures, the housing market... (business information). In addition, we immediately felt his ability to value the emotions of his client appropriately and respond correctly.
