Tell realtor Edwin Willemsen that you really want to buy that one house, but that there are more pirates on the coast [this is likely a mistranslation or typo for 'bidders'], and then he will make sure that the house is sold to you. Subsequently, he doesn't hesitate to also sell your current home (which is outside his area of work!) within a week as well. Very satisfied with his approach and the slogan 'always delivers', it has been more than fulfilled, even by assistant realtor Kendra Maat!
