Knowledge of the market is abundantly present and the resulting advice has helped us greatly to make a good decision. This broker works very realistically and definitely does not like promising mountains of gold, which we have found particularly pleasant. Good contact, always reachable. Negotiating with the buyers went well. Friendly and helpful. Only requesting the energy label was my task and I found it difficult, I did not receive any help for that. My house was sold quite quickly so it was very nice that I only had 1 viewing party in the house. I could view all details on my own account.
