Our wish was to be clearly involved during the buying and selling of our home. Understandable language and clarity / openness of matters were very important to us here. This was picked up brilliantly by the real estate agent. Clear agreements were made, clearly communicated and there was a lot of feedback / asking to keep matching with each other. Het contact met Edwin verliep goed en zakelijk ondanks de grote afstand. Het huis is snel verkocht zonder al te veel problemen en de afhandeling is daarna ook soepeltjes verlopen. Door het gebruik van Move waren alle acties goed te volgen en konden documenten snel worden uitgewisseld. Prima makelaar!

De communicatie had wel iets beter gekund. Ik zou een aantal keren teruggebeld worden maar gebeurde niet. Ook tijdens de onderhandelingen werd ik niet op de hoogte gehouden. Bij het ontvangen van de koopovereenkomst wist ik pas dat ik mijn huis verkocht had.
