Good contact, always reachable. Negotiating with the buyers went well. Friendly and helpful. Only requesting the energy label was my task and I found it difficult, I did not receive any help for that. My house was sold quite quickly so it was very nice that I only had 1 viewing party in the house. I could view all details on my own account.
