Perfect real estate agent. We had two renovation houses for sale. Difficult, most agents said. But... he took it on. TOP! Does his homework extremely well. Also doesn't shy away from anything even if the project is difficult. Keeps things short and simple and usually answers questions directly. We can only speak highly of Theo.
