Warning! Extremely poor business! - Call the central number for interest in a property? You are referred to an email address and the call is disconnected. Telephone consultation is impossible. - Call one of their branch numbers (in my case, Groningen)? Get a message that the phone number is not in use. - Once you respond via email to a property? Initially receive an automatic 'Postmaster' email as if the address does not exist. Then get someone who only mentions your first and last name in the email notes. - During a rental process, you can have many questions as a candidate. These are not answered, neither by email. The contact person wants to be replied to their questions only, not vice versa. - Finally: the viewing itself. You get a nice property to view. Good property offer. Only the process: no handshake is given, there's no interest in getting to know you, and you are questioned about why you want to move (even though you've already mentioned this via email) and what your income is. Answers can be given, but selective listening means that what you actually say isn't processed. - Request for a video viewing. This way you avoid having to drive an end just to hear during the viewing that there are 10 other candidates and not to set your hopes too high... - Worst of all: attitude. Mrs Geraldien Miedema couldn't help but say she 'gave' the property to someone else. Saying it was rented out to someone else would also do, Mrs Miedema. In short: 1 star for the property itself. No stars for service.
