We have used the service of Huizenbalie. Where in times of reduced service, customer-friendliness and helpfulness seem to be decreasing everywhere, 'the Huizenbalie' organization is a great exception to this rule. What fantastic customer orientation and service. Quick and adequate help and information, also the director is incredibly friendly and problem-solving. We can really heartily recommend this organization

Ik beveel dit bedrijf van harte aan. We hebben ons appartement via Huizenbalie geadverteerd, waarna het op Funda en diverse andere platforms werd geplaatst. De communicatie was uitstekend. Het appartement was direct verhuurd. We hebben het zelf ook via andere platforms geprobeerd, maar dat was eerlijk gezegd tijdverspilling. We zullen zeker weer van hun diensten gebruikmaken.

Ik heb via huizenbalie mijn appartement verhuurd. Ik ben goed geholpen en er werd heel snel gereageerd op mijn vragen. Ook kreeg ik direct de aanvragen van bezichtigingen via mijn email. Kan huizenbalie echt aanraden als je zelf je woning wilt verhuren. Update: anderhalf later heb ik weer een advertentie gezet via huizenbalie. Nu moeten geïnteresseerden van tevoren een vragenlijst invullen met een motivatie waardoor je wat meer serieus geïnteresseerde reacties krijgt. Nu ook weer heel veel reacties in korte tijd. Huib pakt het weer goed op net als de vorige keer.

Huizenbalie responds quickly and thinks along with you about the advertisements. He is flexible when necessary, and the process of placing ads is easy once you've done it once. The first time does require some thought though :). Huizenbalie.nl offers a good and affordable way to get your home listed on Funda.

Very poor service, this morning my friend had an appointment for a viewing in Den Helder. He had to come from Hellevoetsluis, so almost 2 hours of driving. Upon arrival at the agreed time, no one was present. Several attempts were made to call, only an answering machine answered, now I understand why there is no voicemail. Ultimately, nobody showed up and it cost him a lot of time and expensive fuel. Very customer-unfriendly!!!!

The absolute best way to rent out your home through Funda/Pararius. My house was listed within 1 day, and I received over 150 reactions within 24 hours. Handling it myself saves me at least 1000+ Euros, especially compared to (expat) real estate agencies that charge one month's rent for this service (!?!). The contact person was very friendly on the phone. Conclusion: This company represents the future of property rental
