I rented out my apartment through huizenbalie. I received good assistance and there was a very quick response to my questions. I also immediately received the requests for viewings via my email. I can really recommend huizenbalie if you want to rent out your home yourself. Update: Half a year later, I placed another advertisement through huizenbalie. Now, interested parties must fill in a questionnaire with motivation beforehand, which means you get more serious responses. Again, I received many reactions quickly. Huib is handling it well again just like last time.
