Also, from the motivation letters sent after viewings, it became clear that people felt at home right away thanks to the good service of the real estate agent. I think it is of absolute added value when the real estate agent makes everyone feel at ease and takes the time for a viewing, especially in these times. My house was sold within no time, with all parties being more than satisfied.
