He is easily reachable; if he doesn't answer the phone, you can also text him and he will always respond when he has the opportunity. Harry thinks along in the sales process, considering what the best strategy and options are, but above all, he is a nice person to deal with. He handles everything himself, has good relationships with photographers and valuators, which allows for quick communication and keeps him well informed.
