Alles wat we hoopte van een aankoopmakelaar/hypotheekadviseur en een heel stuk meer. Altijd bereikbaar, duidelijk, punctueel, vastberaden en netjes. Zonder Jan hadden we uiteindelijk niet ons droomhuisje kunnen kopen. Hij praat soms wat veel maar dat schijnt bij het vak te komen en dat namen we ook graag voor lief. 100% aanrader voor zowel prijs als kwaliteit!

A very friendly and competent real estate agent who takes that extra step. He makes beautiful brochures, a good description, and a nice website for your house. But in addition to this, he also really takes the time for viewings, prepares himself thoroughly beforehand, and comes back again to refresh his knowledge of all the ins and outs of your home, which allows him to tell much more about the property during viewings. Not like what you often see where viewers are just allowed to walk around and leave, but he actually sells your house to the viewers. We are extremely satisfied with how he guided both the viewers and us as sellers, and we would choose him again in a heartbeat!

Contact with Harry was very pleasant; he took his time and was easily reachable. Also, from the motivation letters sent after viewings, it became clear that people felt at home right away thanks to the good service of the real estate agent. I think it is of absolute added value when the real estate agent makes everyone feel at ease and takes the time for a viewing, especially in these times. My house was sold within no time, with all parties being more than satisfied. I therefore definitely recommend this real estate agent if you are looking for personal contact and an agent who goes that extra mile.
