During the buying process, Ruud guided us; for the selling process, both Ruud and Vinod were involved. Thanks to Ruud's advice, the purchase went smoothly, and negotiations concluded quickly. The sale of our own home was fantastic. Both Ruud and Vinod were very enthusiastic about our house and managed to convey this excitement to potential buyers. The photographer and videographer they hired presented our home beautifully. After being listed on Funda, it was a storm of activity; 16 viewings in one week.
