Een aantal jaar geleden ontmoette ik Vinod voor een taxatie en hij heeft toen een prettige, rustige en deskundige indruk achtergelaten. Toen ik eind vorig jaar zelf mijn appartement verkocht, wilde ik er zeker van zijn dat de afwikkeling ervan goed verliep. De beslissing om Vinod in de arm te nemen was snel gemaakt en wat ben ik blij met die keuze! Vinod heeft mijn zaken heel goed behartigd. Hij is een fijn persoon om mee te sparren en neemt je stap voor stap door het hele proces, zodat je precies weet wat je te wachten staat en wanneer. Dat is een hele geruststelling in een periode waarin al zoveel gebeurt. En ook Dominic op kantoor is uitermate vriendelijk, geduldig en behulpzaam. Unfortunately, a negative experience with colorful real estate agents. By having the valuation done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euros or have another paid valuation done by another party because the first valuation was not realistic. Unfortunately, we therefore had to incur extra costs, which we could have prevented by not choosing colorful real estate agents.

Overtreffelijk goed begeleid tijdens ons verkoopproces door Vinod Lachmon. Hij is deskundig, erg ervaren, communicatief, altijd bereikbaar en punctueel.
