If you are staying abroad, it is a pleasant thought that your house is for sale with a reliable party. At every step in the process, I was kept well informed via email and WhatsApp. The digital move file is definitely an asset as well. Vinod has taken a lot of work off my hands! Keep up the good work!

We were looking for an agent to purchase a new home and sell our current one. Based on reviews, we chose Colorful Agents. This was a very positive experience from the first contact onwards. Clear agreements about their approach and fees upfront, easy to reach with questions, and proactive in their thinking. During the buying process, Ruud guided us; for the selling process, both Ruud and Vinod were involved. Thanks to Ruud's advice, the purchase went smoothly, and negotiations concluded quickly. The sale of our own home was fantastic. Both Ruud and Vinod were very enthusiastic about our house and managed to convey this excitement to potential buyers. The photographer and videographer they hired presented our home beautifully. After being listed on Funda, it was a storm of activity; 16 viewings in one week.
