Have the valuation carried out. A whole real and honest valuation. Very satisfied with it. That should be enough in itself for 5 stars. But when I mentioned where we needed the valuation for, he also gave me a lot of unsolicited advice, something that the agent 'has nothing to gain from' if I do or don't follow his way. So he really did it just to think along with us. The passion for the profession/entrepreneurship was evident. Really a very nice man who takes an extra step, even though he has nothing to gain from it himself. If I ever need an agent again, I know where to go!
