My experience with this real estate agent has unfortunately been very disappointing. On the first day of the lease, I found the apartment neither clean nor empty; there were still belongings from the previous tenant, it had been left in a dirty state and several things did not work properly. Even after reporting these issues, responses to emails were slow and made appointments were often not kept. A good example is the refrigerator, which was broken from day one and emitted a constant buzzing noise. Despite repeated reports, this was not taken seriously — according to the real estate agent, it was 'normal'. It took a very long time before any action was finally taken, and it was never replaced. During the lease period, I had multiple contacts with different employees of the real estate agency, each time having to explain or pass on the same issues again. Examples include broken sliding doors that were never repaired structurally and the fact that unknown people entered the apartment without announcement, causing a sense of insecurity. Also around termination and final inspection things did not go smoothly. A previously made appointment was suddenly changed, and it turned out later that my notice had not been processed correctly. Interestingly enough, during the final inspection strict rules and cleanliness were all of a sudden valued highly, while they themselves often failed to keep appointments or arrived late — which in my case actually resulted in cost risks. What I noticed further is that the real estate agency does everything to come across as professional — from neat communication to a formal approach. In practice, however, I experienced this more as an appearance and actual behavior did not always match with it. In my opinion, there is a lack of reliability, follow-up on appointments and customer orientation. This review is based on my personal experience and intended as honest feedback. My advice to others: inform yourself well and consider other options when renting an apartment. For me, this was not a pleasant or professional experience.
