The real estate agent has advised us extremely well during the purchase of our new house and also conducted the negotiations very well. During the sale of our house, he was also expert in setting the highest asking price and we came out favorable in the negotiations compared to the other two agents mentioned, who had lower asking prices. He should have been a bit more proactive in providing feedback to us and following up with the various potential buyers after calls.
