After initially failing with another real estate agent (many mistakes, no guidance), we came to Houtman and De Vogel. Excellent advice, good photo report on Funda, and support for the sale styling. High score on Funda. Regular progress meetings. Open house for only €85.- including a photo advertisement. Skilled performance during negotiations.
