Review
The price/quality ratio seems somewhat odd in this field. Costs and risks are completely shifted onto the seller, and activities on the sales side seem to be limited to sitting and waiting for a buyer when the price has dropped sufficiently. The added value of an agent in selling a house is, in my opinion, overestimated. Furthermore, there was a pleasant relationship with Houtman and de Vogel.
